I am a new customer for a few months now but have to give InMotion top rating for both its fast servers and amazing customer service. I've been more than impressed. After signing up, any problems I've encountered --- all of them errors or misunderstanding on my part, I'm a novice at this after all --- were solved within a few minutes via the online help. I'm used to waiting a day or two before getting an answer with online support, but this company's customer service got back to me with the right answers all the time. And I know some of the answers were areas not their responsibility to educate me on. I was very grateful. So far I'm impressed with everything I've experienced and really glad I chose this company.
