I run 5 web sites with Hostmonster. So far, I didn´t notice any downtimes. If I have a question for tech support I get an immediate reply usually within few minutes. Once when I wasn't able to upload an update, they immediately determined my problem and told me what to do. The most important thing for me is that I can can host all of my websites within one web hosting account and that the websites are loaded quickly.
