VPSLink provides inexpensive VPS self service solutions with your choice of Linux based operating systems.

UPTIME

VPSLink has an overall uptime of 99.98% for their corporate website. At 99.98% overall uptime, VPSLink's uptime is considered excellent.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

VPSLink offers the following customer support options:

Toll free 24/7 telephone sales and technical support
Email ticket system once logged in to their control panel
Community forum and community wiki
VPSLink company blog with company news, server outage information, and more

Super cheap VPS hosting has one downside: VPSLink, due to their unmanaged VPS hosting, offers limited support. Unmanaged service means that clients are expected to be able to administer and troubleshoot all aspects of your account.

They always support:

Root password resets
Reverse DNS assignment
The physical server that hosts your VPS - Power, Ping, Hardware, Uptime, and Performance
The VPSLink Server Control Center
Configuration changes that must be set outside of your server, like hostname and resolver configuration
Access problems such as inability to login via SSH - we will troubleshoot until we are able to login
