Imagine being in my situation. Our new business website was hacked during an important email awareness campaign. I was sick.
I called InMotion support and spoke with Kevin. He calmly looked our site, confirmed it had been totally destroyed, and then said the magic words. "We keep a backup of your site for the most recent 24-36 hours. Simply reply to an email I'll send, and we'll have you restored quickly."
Wow, what a relief. I replied to the email, and within 90 minutes our site was back up and in perfect shape.

InMotion is quick to respond and get you back in business so you can keep your site up-to-date. For the most part all the needed features are there in the Control Panel, but I think it could use a bit more advanced features with subdomains, like adding a txt record for DNS.

Had problems with account setup - they never fully restored my account to new so I never had access to all the tools. I begged that they just remove everything and start over. they absolutely refused. As I paid for a year I was hosed.

The support has been superb. I only gave the control panel a 4 star because of the mail box creation and forwarding process. I would like to see that combined into a one step process. all else has been absolutely great!

It never fails to amaze me that InMotion Hosting can continue its absolutely great service! I have been using them for at least 5 years now and every single time I call I have never been dissatisfied with their service. I get a "real voice" on the phone to talk to and one that I can understand completely. I am not shipped off to some foreign country where the accents are so thick as to be impossible to understand.
From their billing department to their technical staff, support and sales - every last one of these people have helped me over the years and I have not been unhappy EVER!
In fact, I just turned on a friend of mine to them and she is already up and running and happily creating her new web site.

InMotion does what they say they do. Fast, reliable, and great technical support whether you are a website pro or a newbie. I had a recent need for support while on the road. Everything was up and running in no time. Tech support didn't treat me like an idiot. They listened, didn't make me walk through what I'd already done, went right to the solution. Polite, easy to work with, and either the tech support is located in the US or they shipped a bunch of Americans overseas to answer the calls. You won't be deciphering a strong Indian accent.

I am a new customer for a few months now but have to give InMotion top rating for both its fast servers and amazing customer service. I've been more than impressed. After signing up, any problems I've encountered --- all of them errors or misunderstanding on my part, I'm a novice at this after all --- were solved within a few minutes via the online help. I'm used to waiting a day or two before getting an answer with online support, but this company's customer service got back to me with the right answers all the time.
